Using JAU

Terms of service

These terms set the rules for accessing JAU, administering a workspace, using connected services, and acting on AI-assisted work.

Effective August 4, 2026

Who provides JAU

JAU is a product of BullBillion Inc., 2261 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94114, US. These Terms are between you and BullBillion Inc.

Agreement and authority

These Terms govern your access to JAU websites, applications, workspaces, and related services. By using JAU, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use JAU for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization. Additional order-form or enterprise terms control if they expressly conflict with these Terms.

Accounts and administration

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting sign-in methods and devices, and promptly reporting unauthorized access. Business administrators also control member access, connector accounts, and workspace permissions.

An organization may restrict or remove an account it issues according to its policies and applicable law. Its administrators are responsible for assigning access, reviewing automated actions, and maintaining appropriate internal controls.

Acceptable use

You may use JAU only lawfully and in a way that respects the rights, security, and privacy of others.

  • Do not access accounts, systems, data, or credentials without authorization.
  • Do not use JAU to distribute malware, evade safeguards, conduct fraud, harass people, or facilitate illegal activity.
  • Do not disrupt, overload, probe, reverse engineer, or bypass restrictions on JAU except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • Do not submit content or direct an automated action unless you have the rights and authority required to do so.
  • Do not present AI-generated material as verified when the context requires human review or professional judgment.

Your content and instructions

You keep ownership of content you process with JAU. To provide automatic sync, hosted connectors, Apps, and Cloud execution, JAU may process workspace content in its cloud services and the connected providers you authorize. You give JAU only the limited rights needed to provide and secure those services.

You and your organization are responsible for the legality, accuracy, permissions, retention, backups, and safekeeping of your content. JAU does not acquire ownership merely because the licensed software processes it.

AI output and automated actions

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to material generated for others. You must review output before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial, employment, security, or other consequential decisions.

JAU may help prepare or execute actions through connected services. You and your organization remain responsible for approvals, permissions, safeguards, and the consequences of actions you authorize.

Connected and third-party services

JAU can connect its hosted services and your devices to models, storage, identity, communication, and other services you choose. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms. JAU is not responsible for an independent service, its availability, or changes it makes.

You authorize JAU to exchange the information necessary to use a connection you configure. You may revoke a connection, but doing so can stop features that depend on it.

Plans, prepaid credits, and third-party costs

Personal, Pro, Power, and Business are monthly subscription plans. Personal, Pro, and Power include monthly Cloud Credits. Business cloud use is billed separately.

Cloud Credits pay for cloud compute, such as Apps running in JAU Cloud. Credits are used only when work is running. Idle work does not use credits. You can add prepaid credits when you need more. JAU does not send a surprise postpaid bill. Work may pause when credits run out.

Connected providers may also impose separate terms or charges outside JAU. Customer-operated infrastructure, local connectors, and bespoke local workspace deployment are not included in the plans currently offered and may be offered separately as Enterprise in the future.

JAU property and feedback

JAU and its licensors own the JAU branding, documentation, services, and proprietary portions of the software, excluding your content and third-party materials. Open-source and other separately licensed components remain governed by the notices and licence terms supplied with them. Subject to those notices and the accepted order, these Terms give the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the proprietary licensed JAU software only within its purchased term and scope.

If you provide feedback, you allow JAU to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

Service changes and suspension

We may improve, change, limit, or discontinue features, require an app update, and suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security, abuse, legal requirements, account eligibility, or material breach. We will provide notice when practical.

You may stop using JAU at any time. After termination, rights to use the service end, while provisions that by nature should continue—including ownership, disclaimers, and limits of liability—remain in effect. Refunds and unused prepaid balance are explained on the Refunds page.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, JAU is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, JAU will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from the service.

JAU’s total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid JAU during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $100. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not allow them.

Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms as JAU changes. We will publish revised Terms here and provide additional notice when a material change requires it. Continuing to use JAU after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; JAU may transfer it as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
