Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details stay with Stripe, not on this website.
Early access before September 17th
JAU is invite only and still in early access. If you buy now, you get access on September 17th. Until then, you can ask for a full refund of the plan you paid.
Email support@jauworkspace.ai from the address you used at checkout. Include your plan name and the payment date. We refund the same way you paid.
After access starts
Once access starts on September 17th, you can cancel any time. Cancel stops the next renewal. It does not always undo the current month.
If something is broken on our side and we cannot get you into JAU after September 17th, we will refund that plan payment.
If you cancel later just because you changed your mind, we do not refund the current paid month, unless the law where you live says we must.
Prepaid credits and extra storage
Each plan includes Cloud storage. Extra storage and Cloud Credits come from your prepaid balance. Credits are used only when work is running. Idle work does not use credits.
If you load prepaid balance and have not used it, you can ask us to refund that unused load. Used credits and used extra storage are not refunded.
How to cancel
Write to support@jauworkspace.ai. Tell us you want to cancel. We will stop the next charge and confirm by email.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can fix the payment. A bank chargeback can pause the account while it is reviewed.
