Who is responsible
JAU is a product of BullBillion Inc., 2261 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94114, US. For the JAU website, checkout, and JAU-hosted product, BullBillion Inc. is the controller.
If you use JAU inside a company workspace, that company may be the controller for workspace content. We may send those requests to the company’s admin.
What we use
We use the information needed to sell early access, take payment through Stripe, send access on September 17th, run JAU Cloud when you ask, and answer support.
- Name, email, organization, and plan choice.
- Payment status and transaction references from Stripe. Card numbers stay with Stripe.
- Device, app version, and security records.
- Workspace, sync, connector, and usage records needed to run the product you bought.
Why we use it
We use this information to perform the contract you start at checkout, to keep the service safe, to meet the law, and — where we ask — with your consent.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or UK, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal information. You can also ask for a copy, and you can withdraw consent where we rely on consent.

Transfers and storage
BullBillion Inc. is in the United States. JAU and its providers may process information in the US and other countries. Where the law requires it, we use contracts or other allowed safeguards for those transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep order, payment, security, and support records as long as needed to provide JAU, stop abuse, and meet the law. You can ask us to delete eligible information. Some payment or legal records must stay.
